Petitions, Complaints and Remedies

Our PCR (Petitions, Complaints and Remedies) section is the formal channel through which our clients can make petitions, complaints and special requests related to our service.

Petition

It is a request made with the purpose of requiring our intervention in a specific and concrete issue. The petition may be a request, information or a suggestion.

Complaint

It is a nonconformity filed by a client before a fault in one of our processes, non-compliance or problems with a Redsis employee.

Remedy

Petition of review of a definitive action (response to a PCR), with the purpose of obtaining the modification, revocation, or invalidation of such decision.

Our response times for all Petitions, Complaints and Remedies are 15 business days, at the most, as established by Law 1369 of 2009.
